Drink a lot of water:

So a very simple trick is to carry a bottle with you wherever you are traveling. Another very easy trick we can do to make us remind of drinking water is installing an app for it or placing a reminder over our mobile phone so that whenever it rings we get to know that it is the time to intake water. We are living in a modern age and we all carry phones with us all the time let’s make them useful too.
We all know that it is not very easy to eat green and drink blue by eating green I mean eating more vegetables that is very important to our health and foremost our skin. We all have become addicts to junk food which is full of oil and doesn’t provide us any health but only gives us fats sooner or later we became the victim of obesity and then we all have to rush to dieting. Let’s be honest with our bodies and keep them clean and healthy. We should take the right amount of vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, and fats to keeps us balanced. Let’s not eat too much spicy and fermented food. Avoid food that has too much amount of salt or is citrus and fried. Fresh fruits and green vegetables are the things which our body needs.
Exercise daily. Jog, run or even walk if you cannot run. Take out time for doing proper exercise. When you exercise the blood circulation gets better and you can notice the glow on your face within a week. Walking one hour daily improves you health too. It reduces the chances of catching many diseases as it makes your immune system very healthy. Wash your face with slightly warm water two to three times a day. Do it with your face wash or soap gently massage it in circular motions, as it will cleanse your skin. After this dry it and apply lotion to it.

The skin needs to breathe overnight and the heavy layers of makeup prevent that and leads to the reason we get pimples. Just put a little amount of olive oil if you want with a cotton pad and give a gentle massage to your face.
Sleep for at least 7 to 8 hours a day. The body, brain, and your skin require it if not provided you can see it clearly under your eyes those large dark brown dark circles or you will feel tired the whole day or just not have full attention towards work. So it is better to take it on time. You can also apply honey to your face once or twice on your face, it helps make your skin look soothe.
